| Adult Group | Adults with ADHD, family members, and anyone interested in learning more about the issues that face adults with ADHD. | Meets monthly in Durham. An excellent opportunity to get and give support. | |
| Women's Group | Adult women with ADHD | Suspended until further notice. | |
| Youth Group | Parents & anyone interested in issues surrounding AD/HD in younger children through elementary school age. | Meets monthly in the N. Durham area. May include speakers. Children are typically welcome. |

Parents, grandparents & anyone interested in a better understanding of AD/HD, improving family relationships, and understanding legislative & school-related issues. Click to learn more. |
