Triangle Area CHADD
AH Communications

If you called in early 2016, please call again.
We experienced a problem with calls disappearing
from our answering service.

Health & Human Services
Tip of the Day
Anger - To manage your anger: 1 - Say vs Display: Don't show your anger (eg, yelling about the problem), "say" you are angry in a neutral tone. Don't let how you communicate overshadow what you need to communicate.

2 - Express Your True Emotion: Anger sometimes masks what you are really feeling, for example, frustration, disappointment or hurt. If you frequently suffer from unrelieved anger, maybe anger is not the emotion that you need to address.

3 - Have Realistic Expectations: Unrealistically high expectations increase feelings of frustratration and anger when others fail to comply. And we feel justified in blaming them.
