Organization - People with AD/HD often have trouble being organized, because they don't know where to begin. Try using the technique of grouping before you actually start organizing.
Collect things by category (regardless of priority or importance) in a desktop in box, email folder, on the floor, etc. Then you can process them as more of a single entity, instead of a multi-tasking effort.
This technique promotes the working memory of executive brain function too (encoding, filing, storage and retrieval).
